David Schulhof

David Schulhof is an American music and entertainment executive. Schulhof serves as President and Partner of IM Global Music, a division of IM Global, one of the leading film financing, sales and distribution companies in the world. Previously, Schulhof served as Managing Director, Media at G2 Investment Group, a spin out of Guggenheim Partners, and previously served as Co-Founder and CEO of Evergreen Copyrights, a music-publishing and music rights portfolio company of BMG Rights Management. Beginning in 2005, Schulhof engineered a successful consolidation of 26 music-publishing companies building Evergreen into one of the largest independent music companies worldwide and sold to KKR/BMG Rights Management in 2010. Schulhof previously held Senior Executive Positions at Miramax and Dimension Films, overseeing motion picture music, publishing and soundtracks, and started his career as an entertainment attorney in the New York law offices of Pryor Cashman Sherman and Flynn, representing music, film and TV clients. Schulhof received his B.A. from Georgetown University, and his J.D. from the NYU School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
